Shifts: 5-8 hour shifts; includes 2 weekend shifts per month

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities
• Perform neuromuscular reeducation and gait therapy
• Utilize appropriate CPT codes for procedures

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Current TN State PT licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with Meditech Expanse documentation system preferred
