Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay: $2,156 weekly

Shifts: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday with on-call one weekend a month

This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care services to individuals in their home or alternative settings. You will be working within an interdisciplinary care team to offer the highest quality physical therapy services.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist

• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs
• Administer complex therapeutic exercises
• Instruct, motivate, and assist patients and caregivers to improve functional mobility
• Provide clinical supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants and Home Health Aides
• Ensure appropriate use of adaptive equipment
• Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary care team

Requirements of the Physical Therapist

• Valid Texas PT license
• Proficiency in Home Care Home Base (HCHB) software
• Experience in providing home health services
