Shift Details:

• 12-Hours Shift

• Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays

• Minimum of 2 shifts per week or as needed

Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room RN

RN Duties & Responsibilities:

• RNs will be performing rapid triage, comprehensive patient assessments and stabilization, initiation of treatment plans, medication administration, cardiac monitoring, and assisting with emergency procedures for a diverse patient population presenting a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries, including minor to major complex trauma, respiratory conditions requiring emergent intubation, cardiac complaints, complex infections, psychiatric emergencies, and other resuscitation for life-saving care to critically injured patients.  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and unrestricted CA RN license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

• Minimum of one (1) year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience in a Medical Center located in a metropolitan city with a diverse population.

• AHA BLS,ACLS, PALS Certification, 

• MAB or CPI

• LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City)

• Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date

• Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

• Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
