Job Title: RN - Med Surg - Travel

Location: Dixon, IL

Pay: $2,544.84 weekly

Shifts: 12hr days

This role will have you working in an acute care setting, providing essential medical services to patients with conditions such as NSTEMI, COPD, PNA, Sepsis, and AKI. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Sign off on tele strips throughout the shift
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active IL license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• BLS certification
• 2 years Med Surg experience with EPIC experience
• Compliance with OSF’s Drug-Free Campus policy, including a negative drug screen
