Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown

• Provide direct patient care in the stepdown unit
• Monitor and assess patient condition and administer medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise care plans
• Implement and evaluate individualized care based on patient needs
• Document patient information accurately using the EPIC charting system

Requirements of the RN - Stepdown

• Active MI license or application in process
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in an acute care setting
