Key Responsibilities of the Nurse Coordinator (Inpatient Unit)

• Review and triage patient referrals
• Coordinate records, diagnostics, and follow-up care
• Prepare cases for multidisciplinary review
• Educate patients and communicate next steps
• Perform administrative duties related to referral management and care coordination

Requirements of the Nurse Coordinator (Inpatient Unit)

• 2+ years RN experience
• Triage experience required
• Epic and Excel experience required
• BLS (AHA) required
• Cardiac/Structural Heart experience preferred, not required
