Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVICU

• Trained on CVICU devices to support cardiovascular cases
• Monitor hemodynamic status using swans, art lines
• Manage ventilator settings and patient needs
• Utilize strong critical thinking skills in complex situations

Requirements of the RN - CVICU

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIH certification required
• Active TX RN License
• Experience with Meditech charting preferred
• IABP and CRRT exposure preferred
