Job Title: RN - CVICU - Travel

Location: San Antonio, TX

Pay: $2,410.56 per week

Shifts: Nights 7PM-7AM

This role requires a competent nurse with pediatric cardiac experience, capable of providing both routine and complex care in a critical care environment. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team, working full-time night shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - CVICU - Travel

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers.

Requirements of the RN - CVICU - Travel

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA only).
• RN License in the state of TX or compact.
• Two years of experience in critical care/pediatric cardiac nursing preferred.
