11 OR suite unit at 200 bed Level 2 Trauma center Located in a northwest Dallas suburb, along the shore of Lewisville Lake

Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, CVOR
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS; BLS
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Meditech
