Job Title: Cath Lab Nurse

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $3,910.40 per week

Shifts: 4-10 hr. varying shifts (0530-1600, 0630-1700, 0730-1800)

This travel contract position requires the nurse to work in a dynamic acute care environment, specializing in cardiac catheterization procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in a cath lab setting and can adapt efficiently to varying shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the Cath Lab Nurse

• Administer and monitor conscious sedation during procedures
• Circulate in a sterile environment for various cardiac procedures
• Perform left and right heart catheterizations, PCIs, and more
• Utilize Pyxis, XIM, Epic, and other equipment

Requirements of the Cath Lab Nurse

• Active RN SD or Compact state license
• Current AHA ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of cath lab experience
• Graduation from an NLN or AACN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred
