Job Title: RN - ICU Float Pool

Location: Burlington, VT

Pay: $3,240.00 per week

Shifts: Monday to Sunday, flexible scheduling

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN for a position in the ICU Float Pool located in Burlington, VT. This travel assignment requires flexibility and adaptability as you will be floating to various units within the central pool ICU. The primary work environment is based in the Medical ICU with the potential to float to SICU, Miller 3, and Miller 4, providing comprehensive care in high-stress, dynamic settings.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU Float Pool

• Start IVs and manage multiple titrating drips
• Provide critical ventilator care
• Float to various ICU units and adapt to different patient needs
• Handle patients with multi-system diseases, CRRT, IAPB, ECMO, and COVID care
• Work a minimum of every other weekend or as needed for patient care

Requirements of the RN - ICU Float Pool

• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• CCRN preferred; NIHSS required prior to start
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large (500+ bed) teaching facility
• EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is nonnegotiable
• Prior travel experience required
