Job Title: RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

Pay: $2,003.40 weekly

This travel assignment requires expertise in managing a diverse range of patients, from clinic type cases to complex trauma, in a high-pressure environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Meet expectations of OneCHRISTUS Competencies
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor for side effects and efficacy
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided
• Assess and address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans and resources

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Current RN License in the state of NM or compact
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (AHA only)
• Two years of recent experience in ED - Level 1, 2, or 3 Trauma
