Key Responsibilities of the RN - Pediatrics ER- Emergency Room

• Provide expert care to pediatric patients in an emergency room setting
• Demonstrate proficiency in IV skills and administration of insulin and sedation drips
• Manage common pediatric diagnoses including sickle cell pain/fever, asthma, DKA, and AGE
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support patient needs
• Possibility of floating to other campuses if required

Requirements of the RN - Pediatrics ER- Emergency Room

• GA or compact RN license required
• BLS, PALS, ACLS certifications required
• 2+ years of recent Emergency Department experience required
• Pediatric Emergency Department experience highly preferred
• EPIC experience required
• IV skills required
