Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide critical emergency care to adult and pediatric patients
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary trauma team
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Perform triage, assessment, and interventions as necessary

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC and ENPC certifications preferred
• Experience in large facilities; level 1 trauma experience preferred
