Job Title: ER Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Auburn, NY

Pay: $2,416.32 weekly

Shifts: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (Every other weekend required)

This role requires a highly skilled RN to work in a fast-paced Emergency Department, providing critical care to patients. Key Responsibilities of the ER Registered Nurse (RN)

• Interpret and manage heart rhythm changes (dysrhythmias)
• Care for critically ill patients with multi-organ issues
• Administer blood products
• Manage central lines
• Start and maintain IVs
• Administer IV sedation and vasopressors
• Care for stroke (CVA) patients
• Care for ventilated patients
• Manage BiPAP/CPAP
• Interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs)
• Follow isolation precautions
• Perform triage

Requirements of the ER Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active state nursing license required (NY or compact)
• Minimum 1.5 years of nursing experience
• 2 years of recent ER experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
• No disciplinary issues on nursing license
