This role requires adaptability, as you may float between ER and MedSurg, providing comprehensive care in a critical access hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide high-quality patient care in both ER and MedSurg settings
• Adapt to varying patient acuity levels and unit needs
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team members, including LPNs and CNAs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Athena EMR
• Effectively handle patient emergencies and perform required interventions

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Current KS state or multistate nursing license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (AHA)
• Previous travel experience preferred, but open to first-time travelers
