Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide emergency care in a Level Three Trauma unit
• Perform advanced procedures like chest tubes and central lines
• Ensure patient safety with a 4:1 patient ratio
• Maintain documentation using Meditech system
• Deliver excellent bedside manner to enhance patient experience

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications
• Experience in a Level Three Trauma environment
• Advanced skills required for emergency procedures
