Job Title: RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

Location: Plattsburgh, NY

Pay: $3,105 per week

Shifts: Rotating Shifts (3:00 PM - 3:30 AM)

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Emergency Room/Emergency Department for an exciting travel assignment in Plattsburgh, NY. This role involves working in a busy community hospital setting, providing critical care to a varied patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics. Experience with a fast-paced environment and the EPIC documentation system is essential.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a Level 3 trauma setting
• Administer medications and IVs with accuracy and precision
• Manage drips and ventilators with support from respiratory professionals
• Perform EKGs and handle boarder patients, including psychiatric and critical care cases
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately using EPIC
• Adapt to changing census and patient care needs efficiently

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

• Active NYS RN License or proof of application
• Certification in AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Emergency Room/Emergency Department
• Experience with EPIC within the past 2 years
• Proven ability to handle high nurse-to-patient ratios
• Prior travel experience and charge experience preferred
