Job Title: RN - ED - Emergency Department

Location: Potsdam, NY

Pay: $69.25 per hour

Shifts: Nights, 36 or 48 hours per week

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with experience in the Emergency Department to join their team in Potsdam, NY. This is a travel assignment opportunity at a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center, ideally suited to those with a strong background in a fast-paced, emergency care environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED - Emergency Department

• Provide care for patients with a range of conditions including trauma, stroke, and respiratory infections
• Administer blood products, perform phlebotomy, and manage central lines
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias and multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
• Deliver patient care for injuries such as gunshot wounds, spinal cord injury, and traumatic amputation
• Handle emergency situations involving seizures, hyperglycemia, and infections

Requirements of the RN - ED - Emergency Department

• Valid NY nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar emergency care setting
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC, Pyxis, and SBAR systems
