Job Title: RN - ED- Emergency Department - Travel

Location: Potsdam, NY

Pay: $2,493 per week

Shifts: Nights, 36 or 48 hours

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department team in Potsdam, NY. This travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced Level III Trauma Center. The role requires a skilled professional who is adept in both adult and pediatric emergency care settings.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED- Emergency Department - Travel

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure
• Administer blood products and manage central line care
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Perform phlebotomy and start IVs
• Care for ventilated patients and manage IV vasopressors
• Handle cases of Traumatic Brain Injury, CVA, and Neuro-Trauma
• Administer continuous IV sedation
• Engage in effective communication using EPIC and SBAR systems

Requirements of the RN - ED- Emergency Department - Travel

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC
• Experience in a Level III Trauma Center and Primary Stroke Center
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Travel experience accepted; first-time travelers welcome
• Required to work every other weekend
