Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients
• Collaborate effectively in a team including charge RNs, techs, and paramedics
• Manage a patient ratio of 4:1
• Utilize Expanse EMR for accurate documentation

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

• Valid RN license
• TNCC certification
• ENPC or PALS certification
• Demonstrable teamwork skills
• Charge experience preferred
