Shifts: 3x12s, Night Shift (1800-0600)

Key Responsibilities of the ER RN

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a 30-room ER, including trauma, cardiac, and neuro cases
• Utilize Allscripts - Sunrise for patient charting
• Operate within a 1:3 or 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio efficiently
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of techs and PA for non-urgent issues
• Administer care using Omnicell medication systems

Requirements of the ER RN

• 2 years RN experience in an ER setting
• Valid ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to a 36-hour guarantee
