Shifts: 10:30 AM - 11:00 PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ED RN for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This role in the Emergency Department is perfect for a registered nurse specializing in emergency care. Key Responsibilities of the ED RN:

• Provide care to assigned patients across various age groups, including newborns, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Respond and manage care for common diagnoses such as Stroke, Sepsis, Trauma, MI, Cardiac Arrest, and Respiratory Failure
• Operate specialty equipment such as Rapid Infusor and Arctic Sun
• Administer required drips and medications, including Pressors, Vasodilators, Anti-arrhythmics, Sedatives, and more
• Floating between units as required

Requirements of the ED RN:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an Emergency Department with pediatric experience
• Travel nursing experience is a must
• Current and active NY nursing license, verified through NURSYS
• Required certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
