Job Title: RN - ED (Emergency Department) - Travel

Location: Utica, NY

Pay: $2646.00 weekly

Shifts: 73.50 hours

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This role requires a highly skilled nurse comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced hospital setting, with the ability to manage high patient volumes and provide top-notch emergency care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED

• Provide high-acuity care to trauma and cardiac patients
• Manage patient care, including starting and maintaining IVs
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Engage in interdisciplinary support, including collaboration with departments such as Radiology and Pharmacy
• Adapt to flexible patient ratios, especially in surge periods

Requirements of the RN - ED

• Valid NY State License
• 3+ years of experience in the Emergency Department
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN)
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Experience with Epic charting
