• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
• Deliver safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and the best patient experience
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision-making skills

Requirements of the RN - Emergency Department

• RN License
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma center
