Location: Brookings, OR

Pay: $2,692.80 per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities of the Travel RN Case Manager - Home Health

• Conduct approximately 2 to 7 patient visits per day based on visit type and drive time
• Perform start-of-care visits, recertifications, and discharges
• Supervise and coordinate staff as needed
• Maintain documentation within provided work hours

Requirements of the Travel RN Case Manager - Home Health

• Active Oregon RN license in hand
• Previous Home Health experience
• OASIS experience
