Job Title: RN - Case Management - Travel

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay: $2,232.00 per week

Shifts: M-F 8a-4:30 pm with weekend rotation as needed

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management - Travel

• Provide case management services in an acute hospital setting
• Collaborate with hospital staff for patient assessments and care coordination
• Work effectively within hospital units as per floating policy

Requirements of the RN - Case Management - Travel

• Registered Nurse license with travel experience preferred
• 1+ years of acute hospital case management experience
• CCM or ACM certification preferred but not required
