Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: Columbus, GA

Pay: $2,599.20 weekly

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals in community or facility settings.
• Work closely with health professionals in planning and evaluating health programs and services.
• Coordinate communications and actions of various disciplines regarding health and safety supports.
• Manage medication policies, from ordering to disposal, and ensure policy compliance.
• Report progress to physicians when client conditions change.
• Transcribe physician phone orders as needed.
• Complete required nursing documentation daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Direct and supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses as necessary.
• Schedule and ensure completion of health-related appointments and follow-up actions.
• Maintain communication with inpatient services during client hospitalizations.
• Provide staff training on health and safety topics.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• GA License (Compact Licenses accepted)
• Proficiency in HCHB, OASIS, Wound Vacs
• Experience in home care
