Job Title: RN - Case Management - Travel

Location: Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $2,352.40 per week

Shifts: 8Hr Days 11A to 7P

This role focuses on working in the Emergency Department for a readmission initiative. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Case Management - Travel

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage patient readmission initiatives in the ED
• Assess, plan, and coordinate patient care to ensure seamless transitions
• Engage in floating duties, potentially covering other campuses as required
• Function effectively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements of the RN - Case Management - Travel

• FL/Compact nursing license (recent Nursys)
• 2 years of Case Manager experience, acute care experience required
• BLS certification
• Prior travel experience required
• Degree accreditation on profile or 5 years of experience
