Job Title: RN - Home Health - Travel

Location: Hagerstown, MD

Pay: $2,208.40 weekly

Shifts: 8a-5p Monday - Friday, On-call rotating every third weekend

This role requires an experienced RN to work onsite, providing critical health assessments and implementing care plans for individuals in a community or small facility setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals
• Work closely with other health professionals in planning and evaluating services
• Coordinate communications and actions for health and safety support
• Manage medication ordering, reviewing, and monitoring
• Supervise care plans and provide necessary progress reports to physicians
• Ensure safety protocols and policies are in place and reviewed regularly
• Direct and supervise licensed practical/vocational nurses as needed
• Facilitate health-related appointments and follow up on care
• Conduct training for new employees and recertification on health and safety topics

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• MD license or compact license required
• Experience with HCHB and OASIS required
• Experience with PICC lines and wound VAC a plus
