Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: LaGrange, GA

Pay: $2,599.20 per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm; On Call: Monday-Thursday 5pm-8am (once every three weeks)

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for various health conditions
• Coordinate with other health professionals in planning and evaluating health programs
• Manage medication orders, reviews, and policies
• Provide physician progress reports and transcribe medical orders
• Maintain accurate documentation of health status in nurse’s notes
• Supervise activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses
• Ensure health-related appointments are managed efficiently
• Train new employees and ensure recertification training
• Support communication and discharge coordination

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• GA License (Compact Licenses accepted)
• Experience with HCHB, OASIS, and Wound Vacs
• Prior home care experience
