Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: LaGrange, GA

Pay: $2,208.40 weekly

Shifts: M-F 8am-5pm, On Call: M-Thurs 5pm-8am (Once every three weeks)

This role involves working within the community and covering Harris, Troup, and Muscogee counties. The Registered Nurse will focus on health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management, ensuring high-quality patient care in home settings.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• Observing, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing support for individuals in home and community settings
• Coordinating with other health professionals to address health needs
• Managing medication orders, administration, and maintaining proper documentation
• Supervising care plans and activities of healthcare staff
• Conducting health documentation and compliance with health policies
• Maintaining communication for continuity of care during hospitalizations
• Providing training on health and safety topics

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Home Health

• Current GA License (Compact Licenses accepted)
• Experience with HCHB, OASIS, and Wound Vacs
• Home care experience required
