Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program, an active Tennessee RN license or applicable multistate license, and 2 years of acute hospital patient care experience. Recommended qualifications include acute hospital case management experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing, and Accredited Case Manager certification.
