Job Title: RN - Home Health - Travel

Location: Morgantown, WV

Pay: $2,384.80 per week

Shifts: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm with on call and weekends

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse for a travel contract opportunity in Morgantown, WV. This role involves working in the community or small facility settings to assess health, implement care plans, and ensure health maintenance and disease prevention. The nurse will be expected to supervise care plans and staff as required.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Observing, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing support for well, chronic or acutely ill individuals
• Working closely with other health professionals/providers to meet health needs
• Coordinating communications and actions related to health and safety supports
• Ensuring proper medication management and policy adherence
• Reporting progress to the physician as necessary
• Maintaining routine documentation of health status
• Directing and supervising the activities of licensed practical/vocational nurses
• Scheduling and responding to health-related appointments
• Providing necessary training for health and safety topics

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• WV RN License
• Home Health Experience
• Experience with HCHB and OASIS
