This role involves working in a dynamic and supportive environment, covering multiple ICUs including PICU, NICU, TDICU, and CICU across two campuses. Key Responsibilities of the Pediatric Float ICU RN

• Perform duties in all ICUs, including PICU, NICU, TDICU, and CICU
• Adapt to various general care and specialty areas as needed
• Maintain a patient ratio of 2-3:1
• Ensure compliance with facility regulations, including flu vaccination and nicotine-free policies
• Make up any missed shifts and work holiday rotations as required

Requirements of the Pediatric Float ICU RN

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CICU and NICU, in addition to PICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Active GA or compact nursing license
• Proficiency in EPIC charting
