Job Title: RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Location: Dickson, TN

Pay: $1,874.88 per week

Shifts: 36 hours per week, every other weekend

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Manage patient care in a 6-bed ICU, maintaining patient ratios of 2:1, 1:1, or 3:1 as needed
• Operate advanced ICU equipment, including the Arctic Sun and Continuous EEG
• Perform procedures such as central line placements, arterial line placements, paracentesis, thoracentesis, and intubation
• Document patient data accurately using the Meditech system
• Float to the ICU overflow unit when necessary

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications
• Proven ICU experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Availability to work 36 hours weekly, including every other weekend
