Experience with continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), balloon pumps, and EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred. To qualify, you must have an active Wisconsin RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. A minimum of 3 years of recent ICU experience is required. Recommended skills include strong critical thinking, teamwork, and adaptability in high-acuity settings.
