Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to join the ICU team at a 14-bed unit in Mattoon, IL. This is a travel assignment focusing on adults 16 years and up, with a diverse patient population including sepsis, shock, DKA, AKI, vascular, strokes, vents, and trachs. The role requires proficiency in handling specialized equipment such as Impellas, IABP, and CRRT (Prismax) in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient health and administer medications
• Operate and manage life support machines and other ICU equipment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care
• Educate and support patients' families
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Float to PCU or Med/surg as required

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Valid RN license
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Preferred: CCRN certification
• Experience in ICU setting
