Shifts: Every other weekend

Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced ICU RN for a contract role in New York. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced registered nurse ready to work in a demanding and dynamic intensive care unit environment. Key Responsibilities of the ICU RN

• Manage arterial line and PICC line care/management
• Administer blood products and continuous IV paralytics/neuromuscular blockades
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Conduct infection prevention and isolation precautions
• Administer procedural sedation and monitor patients
• Obtain and interpret 12 lead EKG/ECG

Requirements of the ICU RN

• Current NY license is required
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• EPIC charting system experience
• Charge experience is highly preferred
