Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay: $2,736.00 per week

Shifts: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, every other weekend

The position involves floating within the Critical Care Service line at a 349-bed acute care teaching hospital. Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Manage care for critically ill patients in ICU and related stepdown units
• Handle ventilators, endotracheal tubes, and tracheostomy care
• Provide post-surgical management for trauma and neurosurgery patients
• Administer cardiac drips, sedation titration, and manage arterial lines
• Interpret telemetry and lab results for critical conditions
• Utilize critical thinking and time management skills in high-pressure settings

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• NY RN License
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• 2+ years of experience in critical care
• Preferred: 3+ years of ICU experience
