Job Title: RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

Location: Aberdeen, SD

Pay: $2,707.20 weekly

Shifts: 3 or 4 twelve-hour shifts per week, with rotation of days/nights or straight nights. Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in ICU for a travel assignment in Aberdeen, SD. This role involves providing critical care to adolescent through geriatric patients in an acute care environment. The work setting includes an 8-bed Critical Care Unit where nurses provide exceptional care with a focus on technology and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• Provide individualized nursing care to critically ill patients
• Assess patients using strong critical thinking skills
• Interpret and respond to hemodynamic monitoring results
• Anticipate and respond to patient complications
• Utilize technology to enhance patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and supervise unlicensed personnel
• Effective communication to resolve conflicts and collaborate with peers
• Supervise students when assigned to the CCU

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Travel

• SD RN or multistate compact RN License
• BLS & ACLS required
• Prefer minimum 2 years CCU experience
• Prior Med/Surg or ED experience is a plus
• CCRN and/or TNCC a plus
