Location: Rockford, IL

Pay: $2,571.84 weekly

Shifts: 12hr Days

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Intermediate Care

• Manage nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:3-4
• Provide care for patients with conditions such as stroke, cardiac, sepsis, and surgical
• Operate and troubleshoot Cpap, Bipap, and high flow equipment
• Interpret patient EKG strips with assistance from monitor techs
• Titrate drips including Heparin, nitro, cardizem, levo, cardene, and precedex
• Coordinate with charge nurse and CNAs to ensure patient needs are met

Requirements of the RN - Intermediate Care

• Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Experience with trach care, Bipap, stroke management, and IV titration
