Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended. Critical care and ultrasound-guided peripheral IV insertion experience are preferred, along with strong skills in vascular access assessment, device management, and patient education.
