Job Title: RN Heme/Outpatient Infusion

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay: $2,745.20 per week

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities of the RN Heme/Outpatient Infusion

• Provide infusions for a mix of hematology/oncology and non-oncology patients.
• Conduct chemotherapy teaching at the chairside.
• Manage a daily patient assignment with capacity for up to 24 infusions.

Requirements of the RN Heme/Outpatient Infusion

• 2-3 years of recent infusion experience required; outpatient clinic experience highly desired.
• ONS chemotherapy/immunotherapy certification.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with Epic EMR and Alaris infusion pumps.
• Strong IV/vascular access and port access skills.
• Current, unencumbered NYS RN licensure.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full patient assignment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and the oncology care team.
