RN-Interventional Radiology travel nurse jobs at the facility in Johns Creek, GA let you deliver specialized care for patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures in a Magnet-recognized hospital. You will assist with image-guided interventions, monitor patients, and document care using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. You must have an active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least two years of recent interventional radiology or procedural nursing experience. Familiarity with imaging equipment, EMR systems, and strong clinical assessment skills are required. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork are recommended for success in this role. Needs 18 months of IR experience
IR Central Port placement, CT Kidney Bx, GJ tube placement, hepatic drain placement. Vascular Angiograms, Embolectomies, Spine cases , Y -90 Biopsies, IVC filters. Versed, Fentanyl, Albumin. IV fluids, antibiotics , Anticoagulation. Ratio1:1 procedures, 1:3 holding. 8 ROCU 20 cases/ day
BLS/ACLS required before start , IV insertion, PICC lines
