Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Monitor the health of mothers and babies during childbirth
• Provide support and education to families during delivery
• Administer medications and assist with pain management
• Work closely with physicians and other healthcare team members
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Current RN license
• Proven experience in Labor and Delivery settings
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
