StartDate: 11/30/2026 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $2860.00 - $3007.00

Assistant DON for Trauma Registrar / Lead Trauma Registrar • Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexible daytime hours (8–5, 7–3, or 8–4) • Remote: Potential for a couple of remote days per week after the new year; initially onsite. Required Qualifications • Certified Abbreviated Injury Scale Specialist (CAISS) certification from AAAM CAISS certification- REQUIRED • American Trauma Society (ATS) ICD-10 certification- REQUIRED • American Trauma Society (ATS) Trauma Registry Course certification- REQUIRED • Certified Abbreviated Injury Scale Specialist (CAISS) certification from AAAM CAISS certification • Minimum 1 year of Trauma Center experience • Report-writing experience/proficiency • Candidate must be seeking permanent, full-time employment Please refer to the Job Description attached Job Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Seven (7) years of experience is required Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role. Preferred Skills & Experience: -N/A Job Education: Required Education: -Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accreditated Nursing Program. Preferred Education: -Masters degree in Nursing. Required Certifications & Licensure: -RN License. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). -BLS. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -N/A Job Duties: Job Summary: Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance. Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action. Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.
