Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to geriatric patients.
• Effectively utilize evidence-based practices focusing on the 4Ms: What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility.
• Conduct phlebotomy tasks and maintain intravenous lines as needed.
• Manage patient care with a ratio of 1:5/6, ensuring safety and quality.
• Support interdisciplinary team efforts to prevent functional decline.

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• BLS certification required
• Nursing degree accredited by ACEN or CCNE
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent MS experience
• Experience with Epic & Phlebotomy within the last 12 months
• Float experience required
