Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes in condition
• Support patients and their families, providing education and guidance as needed

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• Active IL license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• BLS Certification
• Experience in a medical-surgical or acute care setting
