Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg unit
• Administer medications and monitor patient health
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR (MEDITECH)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement patient care
• Utilize equipment such as ALARIS pumps effectively

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Proficiency in Rhythm Interpretation preferred
